Due to continual growth, Fox Electrical Contracts Ltd. has an exciting new opportunity available for a permanent Full-time role as a Sales Counter/Store Manager for our new trade counter.

The role will have a main base at our head office in Armagh.

Key areas of responsibility:

Manage all aspects of the business’s buying, including responsibility for the re-order of selected product lines and ensuring that stock levels are maintained at optimum levels as well as controlling purchasing for the Company’s electrical works. Be responsible for all equipment and carry out regular stock checks. Build customer relationships. Maintain a high customer service standard ensuring all customers are dealt with in an efficient and effective manner. Department development. Responsible for achieving sales and margin targets. Take a leading position in the development and implementation of the organization's strategic business plan and partake in regular consultation with Senior Management. Responsible for training and development of other staff members in relation to the warehouse department. Implement safeguarding procedures against theft of company goods or property and ensuring these are adhered to. Health & Safety Awareness - ensure that Company Health & Safety Regulations are strictly adhered to, including ensuring a tidy working environment at all times in line with health and safety guidelines. Ensure all company policies are implemented accordingly.

The successful candidate must have: Previous electrical store/wholesale experience within the electrical industry. Good inter-personal skills. Ability to manage and anticipate change. Full Clean Driving License. Be prepared to multi-skill. Be fit to take on manual tasks.

Opportunity for overtime/out-of-hours work.

Salary will be negotiable and depending on experience.
