store manager

who has very high standards and a proven ability to always strive for the best. The ideal candidate will be responsible for store performance and team training and development. You will work to drive customer loyalty and cement our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude. Responsibilities

Drive sales and KPI’s in store Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store Oversee stock and store operations Qualifications

2+ years' café store management/assistant management experience Numerate
