About the Role:
The role is with a growing retailer with significant expansion plans for the coming years. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, customer service, and profitability in the stores supporting. The Store Manager Designate will oversee all store operations, including staff training and development, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high brand standards. The company is looking for a hands-on, results-driven leader with experience in large-format retail environments.Key Responsibilities:
Drive high standards of customer service across the store. Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring profitability. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team. Achieve store KPIs and company objectives. Maintain an active presence on the shop floor.Ideal Candidate Profile:
Previous experience as a Store Manager, General Manager or Area Support Manager preferably in large-format retail (e.g., fashion, homeware, telecoms, furniture, or discount retail). Strong leadership skills and a passion for coaching and developing teams. A hands-on approach to driving sales and improving the customer experience. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.Rewards and Benefits:
