Inspire and lead the store team. Deliver a great customer experience. Ensure high standards of quality and value. Manage and motivate a team of volunteers. Implement effective visual merchandising. Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
Self-motivated with sound retail management experience. Strong leadership and communication skills. Sales driven and commercially aware. Excellent customer service skills.
35 hour week at £12.24 per hour, no Sundays. Great package with career progression and development opportunities.
