What’s on offer?
A salary of £32,000 - £40,000 per year, with a car allowance of £5,600, along with an attractive commission package that truly recognises and rewards your hard work.

As a Store Manager, you’ll be centre stage in one of our stunning, purpose-built showrooms, helping customers bring their dream kitchens to life while building a team that’s motivated to succeed together.
Our store managers come from all walks of life, and that’s what makes us unique. We’re looking for a perfect blend of sales expertise, creativity, and leadership, along with 2-3 years previous experience as a retail manager in the kitchen, bedroom or bathroom sector. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed: At least 2-3 years previous experience, ideally in the KBB retail industry leading a team. A proven track record in sales with exceptional customer service skills. Strong leadership abilities to guide a team that’s motivated and empowered. A creative mindset and the flexibility to mix things up with varied working hours.
