Your Role:
As a Store Manager, you will not only manage the day-to-day operations but also inspire and develop a high-performing team dedicated to creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Leading, motivating, and coaching your team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service Ensuring that the store is well-presented, fully stocked, and compliant with company standards Analysing sales reports to identify trends and implement strategies to drive performance Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on our products Managing inventory effectively, including stock management and loss prevention What We're Looking For:
