The ideal candidate will bring our core values to life, fostering a positive culture by leading with respect, care, and trust. A commercially-minded individual with at least 3 years of experience in a luxury, customer-focused retail environment is required to maximise store performance and drive sales.
About You:
At least 3 years of relevant leadership experience in a specialist retail environment selling luxury products and brands. Ability to lead, motivate, and coach your people to deliver personal meaningful interactions with customers. Confidence to share knowledge and drive behavioural change to develop team growth.
A minimum salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a performance-related bonus scheme and generous discount scheme for you, your family, and friends.
