This firm is a large store in the United Kingdom that specializes in providing consumers with a wide range of Korean cuisine, toys, stationery, housewares, and gadgets. The manager will be in charge of all branch operations and will oversee day-to-day operations, reporting directly to the Operations Coordinator. Job Requirements:

Optimizing operational efficiency and profitability, adhering to Health and Safety, Food Safety, and Hygiene regulations. Handling store administrative duties, ensuring policy compliance, and assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks. Coordinating logistics and managing deliveries, reporting on consumer trends and behaviors within the retail industry to management. Developing operational strategies to expand the customer base and increase store traffic. Proposing innovative ideas to grow market share, addressing customer complaints and employee grievances, and maintaining high standards of store condition and visual merchandising.
