to lead and manage a

standalone cosmetics store, based in Bradford. As Store Manager, you will play an integral role with a focus on growing your business, developing your team, and building strong customer relationships to deliver exceptional service and achieve targets.

While cosmetics experience is not essential, the role also offers a highly competitive base salary. RESPONSIBILITIES: People Management Build and maintain a high-performing, motivated team. Recruit, onboard, and train staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet business goals. Plan schedules and ensure team training needs are met using company training modules and support from the Customer Experience Trainer. Conduct regular reviews and appraisals for all team members. Customer Experience & Business Management Monitor KPIs, set actionable plans, and report trends to the Area Manager. Drive business goals in customer experience, sales, and operational efficiency. Track and analyse key metrics like conversion rates and stock loss. Ensure compliance with brand standards, operational procedures, and the promotional calendar. Regularly review store processes and address any issues promptly. Reporting directly to the Area Manager. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Commercially aware & ability to drive retail performance with a high level of accuracy. Retail management experience, ideally as a Store Manager from Beauty, Fashion, or lifestyle sectors. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Team player, ability to respond to a fast-paced environment. Flexibility in work hours.
