Are you interested in becoming a Retail Store Manager in the top performing region at Vision Express?
We are currently looking for a Store Manager Designate to support our 11 stores in Northern Ireland. Typically, this will involve working at stores in the Belfast area but may involve occasional travel as far as Derry and Ballymena, so the successful candidate must be comfortable with travel to these locations.
As a Store Manager Designate at Vision Express, you will be dynamic, passionate, and adaptable. You will be responsible for motivating and inspiring teams to deliver top performance, managing day-to-day operations in store, and you’ll receive an exciting induction that will enable you to work with colleagues across the region and develop your leadership skills for future roles within the business.
Although the hours of this role are advertised, if this sounds like the role for you, we'd love to hear about your ideal working week. Whether this is hours to fit around the school run or you prefer a compressed week - we are open to discussing flexible options with you further.
