Are you a passionate retail professional with a flair for leadership and a love for luxury brands? A business known for their exemplary service and high-end products is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead their team in Dundee.

9am-5pm, Monday to Saturday (No Sundays), with a day off in the week as applicable Salary:

About the Role:

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of this Dundee store, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role is perfect for someone with a strong retail background and a passion for brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service. Manage store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays. Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance store performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues efficiently. Monitor store performance and prepare reports for senior management.

About You:

Proven experience in management, preferably in the luxury goods or retail sector. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent sales and customer service abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
