Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Familiarity with inventory management and visual merchandising. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
