VPZ Grays.
Think you're up for the challenge? This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced retail manager to join our team and open our new store. What you'll be doing Inspiring and motivating your team to deliver a level of customer service that exceeds expectations Coaching and developing your team members in all aspects of their role Organising effectively to plan priorities and respond to deadlines and challenges Overseeing the day-to-day running of the store including rota management, store standards, stock management, and cash handling in line with company procedures Your experience Experience in managing a team, preferably within a retail or hospitality environment Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to cope with changing priorities while maintaining a calm work ethic Able to work well under pressure A driving licence is highly desirable due to the location of the store What we can offer VPZ is a family-run business with our head office in Edinburgh.
