Retail Store Manager
to take the reins of our
Huddersfield
store! We are one of the UK's biggest retailers of motorcycle helmets, clothing and accessories, and this Yorkshire-based branch is the second biggest behind our Camberley store. What you'll be doing: As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing a busy and thriving store, delivering outstanding customer service, building relationships to fully identify their needs, and providing recommendations and advice using product knowledge. You will lead a team of experienced sales advisors to meet daily sales goals, look for new ways to boost your store's success and train and motivate staff. You will take pride in the appearance of the store, upholding excellent store conditions and visual merchandising standards, and checking off incoming and outgoing deliveries. What you'll need: We are looking for people with previous experience in retail management, ideally in a motorcycle retail environment but not essential. You will be confident, organised and proactive to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding customer service and effective management of your team. You will be able to work under pressure, resolve customer issues and be able to meet sales and profitability goals. Having a motorcycle license is not a requirement but would be a massive bonus! Full training on product inventory will be provided on appointment. A full understanding of the English language is required, and a reasonable level of computer literacy is desirable.
