As Store Manager at BMW & MINI Hull, reporting directly into the Market Area Director, you’ll be instrumental in shaping our future. Your role will involve driving the financial success of one of the most renowned automotive brands in the market, empowering your team to be the best they can be, whilst being fuelled by the potential to thrive in your career along the way. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute business plans to meet sales, profitability, and growth targets. Implement structured processes to maintain high standards in customer service, operations, and financial performance. Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent through coaching, training, and regular appraisals. Foster a culture of collaboration, respect, and high performance. Monitor dealership performance using KPIs and financial metrics, addressing issues promptly. Ensure compliance with legal and internal policies while maintaining strong relationships with the manufacturer. Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and innovative offerings. Identify new opportunities to enhance efficiency, revenue, and the dealership's competitive edge.

Are You Ready to Embrace the Challenge? We’re looking for someone who is: A proven top-performer at leadership level within the automotive sector, being driven by a passion for the industry. Knowledgeable of vehicle, consumer credit and trade practice legislation, with the ability to satisfy the requirements of GI Compliance and be of ‘good financial repute’. Experienced in managing budgets and leading high performing teams, dedicated to motivating and coaching your team to be the best they can be. Customer orientated with excellent communication skills and a people-first mindset.
