Inspire and lead the store team to deliver exceptional customer service. Ensure high standards of merchandising and sales performance. Manage and motivate a team of volunteers. Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Minimum Requirements:
Self-motivated individual with sound retail management experience. Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience in visual merchandising and a commercial approach to sales. Excellent customer service skills. Sales driven and commercially aware.
35 hour week / no Sundays / Great package.
