Store Manager

Overview We are a newly opened Ice Cream Shop situated on Burn Lane Inverurie. We have been making traditional Italian Ice Cream since 1908. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in management, demonstrating exceptional leadership and organisational skills. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage a team will be crucial in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Duties Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies. Manage and lead a team of staff, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their performance. Implement sales strategies to achieve store targets and maximise profitability. Maintain high standards of customer service by training staff in effective communication and phone etiquette. Handle administrative tasks including stock management, inventory control, and financial reporting. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Monitor sales performance and analyse data to identify areas for improvement. Ensure the store is well-organised, visually appealing, and fully stocked at all times. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in administrative duties with strong organisational abilities. Experience in sales management with a focus on achieving targets.
