An exciting opportunity has come up for a store manager to join a lifestyle womenswear and menswear retailer. The role is based in their busy Keswick location, and will see you manage the store, driving KPIs and customer service. As well as long and short term strategic planning.

The role: • Lead the store team on KPIs and customer service • Team development and training • Manage health and safety, and back of house operations • Reporting to the district manager, looking at opportunities for growth in the store

The candidate: • Previous fashion management experience • Commercial minded • Strong communicator • Able to develop relationships and spend time training staff

This is a great role to join a leading forward thinking retailer. The role has a salary up to £33,000 as well as bonus potential, plus employee discounts.
