We are looking for an experienced and talented Store Manager to join our Store, Kilbarchan Johnstone.

The Role
As a Store Manager, your role will include:
Leading by example, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
Ensuring all staff members are fully trained in every aspect of their job and can carry it out effectively.
Maintaining a fully stocked, labelled, and well-merchandised store.
Complying with all company policies and processes and applying corrective action where required.
Ensuring the store achieves its KPIs such as sales, payroll, and targets.
Completing cash preparation as per company procedures.
The Person
The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of 2-4 years retail management experience.
A proven track record in managing medium to large teams.
The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication, computer knowledge, and numeracy skills.
