The Role We are looking for an experienced Store Manager who has a passion and flair for customer service to lead our Leeds Store. You should be able to offer an exceptional customer experience that is welcoming, genuine and in line with our brand values. This is a full time permanent position, at 37.5 hours a week. As an experienced Store Manager for our Leeds store. You will have a passion for wellbeing and customer service, sharing this daily with your team so that you can create an exceptional inviting customer experience in your store. With support from your Line Manager, you will oversee all aspects of your Stores business from stock management and operations to local commercial strategy and customer events. You should have a strong focus on your team, leading and motivating them, treating everyone equally and with honesty and kindness. Your store is one of our many wellbeing hubs across the UK and Ireland, that plays a vital part in the retail side of NEOM Wellbeing. Being able to react to change in a positive but calm way and maintain your professionalism always is key. You must be available to work weekdays and weekends. Late nights and travel to other stores may be required. 37.5 hours per week. What You Will Do •Be responsible for the day to day running of a standalone store and team •Drive forward sales, KPIs and company objectives •Be commercially driven, seeking constant brand opportunities to increase your store footfall •Complete targets, payroll, rotas, stocktakes, and weekly reports •Organise and support in store and field events to promote NEOM as a brand whilst working with partnering businesses •Recruit, develop and mentor a team with a focus on training and education •Always provide the highest standard of NEOM Customer Experience in store to inspire wellbeing •Work on initiative and be super proactive •Lead by example and support your team with daily tasks •Always maintain company standards •Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and visual merchandising are upheld •Lead training of current and new team members •Proactively identify opportunities to contribute to the wellbeing of our people & planet, fundraise for our partnered charity, through in store events and/or brand partnerships •Lead and champion our community initiatives providing inspiration and opportunities for volunteering, bettering your stores local community, and ensuring an inclusive environment •Taking responsibility for any Health & Safety issues that arise and ensure the correct action is appropriately taken •Any other reasonable duties as requested by your Line Manager Requirements •2 years minimum experience managing a Counter or Store •Retail experience within health/beauty environment •Confidence in the use of MS Office and Excel •Confident communicator – treat everyone with honesty, kindness and respect •Able to work effectively with cross functional teams •Self motivator and be able to maintain impeccable standards in store •The ability to work retail hours – which will include weekends and evenings •Team focused with a can-do attitude and a positive, growth mindset •Strong organisational skills, attention to detail & excellent communicator •Genuine passion & enthusiasm for the brand, and beauty/wellness industry Benefits •TIME TO CHILL – 25 days holiday plus bank holidays •BIRTHDAY TREAT – Time off on your birthday •WELLBEING TIME – take some time to recharge and reset •NEOM GOODIES – A free NEOM product each month, plus staff discount for you to enjoy •HEALTH CARE – Cash back plans, outpatient cover, GP consultations, therapies and mental health support •DO GOOD, FEEL GOOD – Time off for you to volunteer, plus support for personal fundraising efforts Apply Now Send in CV and covering note, telling us all about you and what your feel you can bring to NEOM!
