Lead & Inspire : Motivate and mentor your team to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Drive Success : Set the standard for excellence, ensuring your store meets and exceeds key performance indicators (KPIs).
Operational Excellence : Oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure your store runs like clockwork.
Customer Focus : Be the go-to person for customers, creating memorable shopping experiences that build loyalty.
Grow & Develop : Train and develop your team, fostering a positive and high-performing store culture.
What we’re looking for:
Leadership experience : A proven leader who can bring out the best in their team.
Retail expertise : Solid retail experience, ideally in furniture, homewares, or a related industry.
Sales-driven : A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Customer-focused : Someone who understands the importance of a great customer experience.
Team player : Collaborative and ready to support your team every step of the way.
