Store Manager – Luxury Women’s Footwear Brand London £40K OTE £50K Tuesday-Saturday Our client, a prestigious British luxury footwear brand, is seeking an exceptional Store Manager to lead their stunning boutique in West London. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to be a key player in the brand’s evolution, with the added responsibility of supporting the move to a new, beautifully designed space in early 2025. This renowned brand specialises in high-end bridal, occasion, and fashion footwear, offering its discerning clientele an unparalleled shopping experience. The Store Manager will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of customer service while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the boutique. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Inspire, train, and lead a small team of sales associates to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Customer Service Excellence: Provide a personalized and intimate shopping experience, in line with the brand's luxury ethos, ensuring every client feels valued. Brand Representation: Be the face of the brand, embodying its values and luxury image in all interactions with clients and the wider community. Operational Management: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and ensuring the boutique’s immaculate presentation. Collaboration with the Creative Director/Owner: Work closely with the Creative Director/Owner to align on brand strategy, growth objectives, and enhance the customer experience. Supporting the Move: Take an active role in the relocation and setup of the new boutique, from logistics to ensuring the new space reflects the brand’s identity. What We’re Looking For: Experience: A proven track record in luxury retail management, preferably within footwear, fashion, or high-end goods. Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team to exceed sales goals while maintaining a culture of service excellence. Passion for the Brand: A genuine love for high-end fashion and a deep understanding of the importance of personal service, especially in the context of bridal and occasion wear. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring the boutique remains immaculate and that products are showcased to their highest potential. Collaborative Spirit: The ability to work closely with the Creative Director/Owner, contributing to both creative and business development.
