Our client is seeking a new Store Manager to join their team based in London within the Hair & Beauty Sector. As a Store Manager, you'll lead, coach, and develop a team of Store Assistants to deliver high operational standards, excellent customer service, and strong sales performance.

You will ensure the store operates smoothly and in compliance with all standards. With a commercial mindset, you will think strategically to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the district's overall growth plan.

As Store Manager, you will be offered an impressive salary of £35,000 with a bonus scheme on top.

Responsibilities as a Store Manager

  1. Train and develop team members to provide excellent customer service and selling skills
  2. Build strong customer relationships that reflect company values
  3. Motivate and manage the store team to meet sales targets
  4. Identify commercial trends and suggest improvements to product offerings
  5. Spot opportunities to grow sales
  6. Recruit, develop, and grow the store team
  7. Exceed targets set

Requirements as a Store Manager

  1. Previous experience in retail management, preferably within Management
  2. Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve store goals
  3. Ability to mentor and develop a team
  4. A strong commercial mindset with a focus on driving sales and exceeding targets
  5. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  7. Familiarity with retail management software, point-of-sale systems, and Microsoft Office
