We are looking for an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our Head Office Branch. A fantastic opportunity has arisen to make a real difference, having complete autonomy to drive the store business forward by helping grow and support hair and beauty professionals.
You will also look to develop the team around you. This role would be ideal for anyone who loves working with people in a retail environment, hairdressing background would be ideal but not essential.
Responsibilities:
To manage the day to day running of the branch
Maintain Stock Level
Grow business, with new and exciting ways to drive new and existing business into the store
Build and maintain relationships
Recruit, Train and Develop existing team
Requirements:
Proven experience in a retail environment
Strong Leadership and team management skills
Confident to make own decisions
Hairdressing background ideal, but not essential
