Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the overall operations of the store and staff, ensuring Operational Excellence. Plan and prepare work schedules and assign crew members to specific duties. Ensure store staff are trained and competent in assigned areas, implementing correct procedures to be followed. Direct compliance of crew with established company policies and procedures. Address gaps/concerns identified through store audit. Maintain appropriate staffing levels. Provide leadership, coaching, development, and motivate crew members. Deliver excellent customer service. Timely completion of management tasks and checks. Maintain appropriate stock levels through ordering, receiving, and rotation processes. Ensure correct portioning standards are followed for all products and services. Perform regular stock-take procedures and readily address variances. Execute sales promotion activities and direct crew members for merchandise displays. Manage controllable costs against set budgets for the store. Monitor expenditure of all costs within the store, ensuring all budgets are adhered to. Recruit and interview all General Crew and Cashiers in line with KAUAI recruitment processes and KAUAI ambassador criteria, with assistance from HR. Address complaints and resolve problems. Qualification/Experience
Three years related experience and/or training. Espresso Machine knowledge is handy. Knowledge of food preparation. Food Hygiene Certification. Our Perks
