Here’s what you’ll need to succeed: Previous experience in the retail industry leading a team. A proven track record in sales with exceptional customer service skills. Strong leadership abilities to guide a team that’s motivated and empowered. A creative mindset and the flexibility to mix things up with varied working hours.
