A salary of £35,000 - £50,000 per year, with a car allowance of £5,600 along with an attractive commission package that truly recognises and rewards your hard work. What’s Involved? As a Store Manager, you’ll be centre stage in one of our stunning, purpose-built showrooms, helping customers bring their dream kitchens to life while building a team that’s motivated to succeed together. We’re looking for that perfect blend of creativity, leadership, and a solid sales background – ideally with retail management experience. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed: Previous experience in the retail industry leading a team. A proven track record in sales with exceptional customer service skills. Strong leadership abilities to guide a team that’s motivated and empowered. A creative mindset and the flexibility to mix things up with varied working hours.
