Store Manager – New Store - York Designer Outlet Our client is a leading menswear retailer, operating across the UK for over 75 years. They are currently seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the management team for their new menswear store located within York Designer Outlet. This is a superb opportunity to join a well-established yet ever-growing company in a managerial position. Dynamic individuals are sought and will be responsible for managing the store and team, organizing staff rotas, sales and customer service, merchandising stock, and using the till and card machine. Salary / Benefits: Salary up to £30K plus an excellent bonus and commission. Commission scheme is payable on team sales, not an individual target. 28 days holiday. Workplace pension scheme. Staff discount scheme. Full training on all their stock. Hours: 40 hours per week between store opening times.
