THE ROLE The Store Manager plays a key role in achieving high standards in our stores. Responsibilities include: Partnering with the store management team to build on business opportunities and achieve Company standards/goals. Identifying opportunities and collaborating with others to grow the business or improve performance. Consistently fostering a positive store experience by treating all customers and staff members fairly. Ensuring best practices for visual merchandising and maintaining store standards. Communicating with the buying team to ensure appropriate stock levels. Analyzing store level reports and creating action plans to improve results. Communicating with staff on individual sales goals and store results. Managing the recruitment and orientation processes. Providing training and coaching for employees. Leading management meetings and contributing to regional meetings. Setting challenging but attainable goals with an emphasis on service quality and customer satisfaction. About
YOU You'll have progressive retail experience. Store management experience in the service or retail industry is essential. Extensive experience in connecting to consumers in a brand retailer. Previous experience in retail operations, budgeting, planning, and sales. People management experience and the ability to resolve conflicts. Effective communication skills with the ability to cultivate belonging. Ability to collaborate and celebrate the contributions of others. Courageous in giving feedback that promotes positive change. Ability to adapt quickly and work with pace. Energetic and able to inspire trust on the shop floor. About
