This premium accessories retailer is looking to welcome a store manager to its team. The company, offers bespoke products to its ever growing customer base, providing excellent service throughout its stores, allowing for an optimal customer experience.

The role will entail, the day to day running of store, taking responsibility of store standards, driving performance, and ensuring members of your team fulfil their potential. Setting a positive environment in store will also be important to create a favourable culture for shoppers and staff alike.

Coming from a retail background, the ideal candidate will have prior experience in a management level position, demonstrating clear capabilities to lead a team. Organisational skills will be critical to success, whilst a passion for retail will also be necessary to identify opportunities to improve internal processes.

The successful applicant, will receive a salary of up to £32,000 as well as a generous bonus scheme, to further enhance your OTE.
