Store Manager | Amazing Store Profile | £50 - £55,000 Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Store Manager for a big box retailer. We are looking for a General Store Manager that is passionate about delivering exceptional levels of customer service as well as maintaining strong brand standards at all times. Must be able to work in a high volume and fast paced retail environment where you will inspire and lead those around you with a hands-on approach! As a Store Manager not only will you have the chance to make an impact on this high-profile store in the business but also the opportunity to grow and progress your career. Our client is a well-known destination store - as a result, the role of a General Store Manager will focus heavily on the instore experience, customer service and standards across all sections! Responsibilities:

Driving customer service standards in your store. Driving sales in store and ensuring site profitability. High levels of visual merchandising. Training, coaching and developing your team. Maintain company and brand standards as well as adhering to H&S guidelines. Achieving store and company KPI's. Keeping up with current trends, including competitor analysis. Our Client's Store Manager role is the ideal role if you are looking to join a customer focused brand. To be successful you will have worked in a big box environment where you can spin plates and manage multiple challenges. We want a productive team who share the vision of the business to be the biggest and best in their sector. In reward for your hard work, you will receive a salary between £50-55,000, which is reviewed throughout your career and earn bonuses.
