This position is responsible for managing stock levels, overseeing deliveries, handling goods receiving, and maintaining accurate bookkeeping. As a Storeman and Finance Administrator, your duties will include, but are not limited to: Delivery Management Stock Management Health & Safety Compliance Cleanliness Maintenance Loading & Unloading General Support:

Assist with various tasks to support effective food service delivery as required by management. Order Processing Invoice Verification Stock Quality Monitoring:

Supervise the receipt, storage, and quality of food supplies, addressing any concerns promptly. Waste Management Documentation Management:

Ensure timely submission of all auditable paperwork to the Accounts Department. Customer Relations:

Maintain excellent customer service and positive relationships at all times. Reporting Qualifications: Previous experience in a stock management or finance administrative role is preferred. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service and administration. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
