Stores Manager
to lead the inventory and stores strategy for the entire South West region. Based at our Exeter Depot, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations while shaping the future of stock management across multiple depots. What You’ll Do Develop and implement a regional stores and inventory strategy. Manage stock levels, ensure accuracy, and forecast demand. Build strong relationships with suppliers to optimise costs. Lead and mentor stores teams across the region, fostering safety and efficiency. Analyse data and report insights to drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. What We’re Looking For Experience : Proven expertise in stores, logistics, or inventory management, ideally in transportation or a similar sector. Skills : Strong leadership, analytical, and organisational abilities with experience implementing cross-depot initiatives.
