What is this role about? Reporting to the relevant Manager, the store personnel candidate will receive, and issue materials, equipment, and other items from the stores. Receive, and issue materials, equipment, and other items from the stores. Responsible for identifying, locating, and issuing materials needed to perform production procedures and other essential duties in maintaining facility operations. Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or using company computer systems. Organise materials, equipment and all resources required for each project. Completes necessary documentation and data entry functions into the IFS system. Accurate maintenance of stock levels and ensuring the product is allocated to the current projects. Understands all store material issues, receiving and shipping procedures to maintain high inventory accuracy. Maintain a min stock level of critical components to ensure production does not fall behind. Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical stock counts and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors. Identifies all store's stock material with the proper assigned material number and location. Performs periodic reviews of inactive items. Assist with inventory analysis to determine the appropriate stocking levels to support day-to-day operations. Prepares and maintains all documents associated with outbound shipments. Contact the appropriate service to schedule the pick-up of shipments. Properly identify and label all stock material locations with a material number, description of material and location designation for readily accessible mean What experience / qualifications are essential for this role: Essential Criteria Previous experience using ERP / IFS or other Stock Management Systems Previous Experience in planning logistics A recognized Forklift qualification.
