Job Description

We’re growing rapidly; this is just the start. We have a bold vision to redefine our sector and create the most optimised administration organisation. We are experts in complex admin and PA support through people, process, and technology. Our proprietary methodology strives to create efficiency and maximise value across each pillar. Trusted by world-leading organisations in tech, automotive, retail, and others, we are inspired to deliver the greatest impact. We deliver transformative advisory and managed services optimising processes and leveraging AI. We work in a client-centric and creative environment where you will never be bored. Key Responsibilities and Skills

Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within the client organisation: Responsible for monthly service reviews, presenting service success and value data to clients. Collaborate with internal service delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions. Proactively identify growth opportunities within the existing client portfolio and drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives. Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets. Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients. Experience

Here are a few of the ingredients you’ll need to join us: Demonstrable experience (min 3-5 years) in consultative Account Management and/or B2B sales: securing new business and growing existing accounts. Experience in the BPO market would be advantageous. Owning the end-to-end process from onboarding each client account, through to proposal generation and final pitch. You love what we do: we are leaders in our space, reinventing the PA/Admin sector, so we want you to be excited about what creates best-in-class PA and administration. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You’re a self-starter who enjoys managing your own time, pipeline, and overall workload. You are a positive, fun, and nice human being.
