Role Overview As a Strategic Consultant, you will own a portfolio of customers helping them to get the most value out of the OneHub Benefits product. You will provide guidance, advice, and consultancy support on every aspect of employee benefits strategy. Responsibilities

To own a portfolio of Significant and Key customers. Meet key target areas of: Growth, Retention, NPS, and Customer Engagement. Work alongside the Customer Success Director to provide guidance, advice, and consultancy support on benefits strategy. Provide specific advice and guidance to help customers meet their benefit objectives using OneHub products and third-party offerings. Provide insight and thought leadership on market developments. Be commercially aware and manage commercial conversations for the areas covered by strategic consultancy. Complete high-level scoping/change documents. Provide ongoing consultancy advice and strategic guidance throughout the scheme year. What are we looking for?

Knowledge of Employee Benefits:

Broad understanding of the benefits market and ability to discuss trends and strategies at all levels. Customer advisory/facing experience:

Proven experience advising and consulting with mid-large clients. Core competencies:

Communication Skills, Commercial Acumen, Customer Service, Organisation Skills, Problem Solving, Relationship Building, Strategic Thinking, and Technical Proficiency.
