Due to continued growth, we have an exciting permanent opening within our Supply Chain team as a Supply Chain Demand Planning Manager. As our Supply Chain Demand Planning Manager, you will lead the S&OP process, highlighting critical insights to the leadership team, supporting the business to achieve excellent results. You will manage the demand planning tool to maximise inventory availability, stock turn, and inventory position. Managing a small team, you will be responsible for setting and monitoring KPIs and managing the forecasting process. Key tasks and responsibilities:

Work with Sales Leadership Team to review sales inputs to ensure sales forecast is accurate. Analyse and challenge the sales forecast where required to improve forecast accuracy. Determine and establish optimal inventory levels based on demand and lead times by updating and reviewing product supply plan. Set and maintain the KPIs within the demand planning team to include, but not limited to stock availability, customer OTIF, stock turn, and inventory positions. Maintain master data planning information (e.g. MOQs, lead times). Identify and manage excess and obsolete stock. Manage stock requirements for new product launches, aligned with sell-through for outgoing products. Collaborate with internal customers and provide a high level of customer service, including recommending solutions, resources, and alternative supply options. Maintain/improve existing supplier relationships, build new relationships as required, and define communication channels. Ensure and promote compliance to Company and Procurement policies and procedures. Develop a culture of continuous improvement within our supplier base and internal stakeholders. Manage, motivate, and assess performance of the demand planning team. In return we offer:
