As an HR Business Partner, you will be undertaking a broad-ranging role with a focus on: Employee Engagement / Experience Workforce Planning Strategic Recruitment Senior HR Support to Business Leaders Organisational Design, Change, Transformation, Restructuring Culture Strategic Projects such as Performance Management Candidates Chartered Member CIPD (preferable) CIPD Level 7 Significant experience of HR Business Partnering within complex large-scale organisations Experience of strategic HR & OD including Engagement, Org Design, Workforce Planning, Senior Recruitment, Coaching / Advising Senior Leaders.
