About the role: As Strategic Partner Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and developing high-impact partnerships with C-suite and executive-level stakeholders to drive the strategic growth of InPost. You will lead complex negotiations, build executive-level relationships, and work cross-functionally to align internal teams and external partners with InPost’s long-term business objectives. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the company’s partner strategy and accelerating its market position within the UK. What you’ll be doing: Strategic Partnership Development:

Lead the identification, evaluation, and cultivation of strategic, high-value partnerships that align with InPost’s broader business objectives and vision. Executive-Level Negotiations:

Manage complex negotiations with C-suite executives and key decision-makers, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes that drive growth and innovation for InPost. Partnership Strategy Leadership:

Design and execute long-term strategies to expand InPost partner ecosystem, including large-scale partnerships and alliances that enhance UK market positioning. Cross-Functional Leadership:

Partner closely with internal teams, including product, legal, finance, and marketing, to structure deals, ensure alignment, and facilitate smooth execution of partnerships. Contract Negotiations:

Lead contract negotiation in collaboration with legal. Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for C-suite and senior leaders of partner organizations, managing all communications and ensuring exceptional partner experience. Industry Leadership:

Represent InPost at industry events, conferences, and forums, positioning the company as a key player in the industry through thought leadership and strategic partnerships. What we need from you: Extensive Industry Experience:

Proven track record in senior leadership roles within the logistics, 3PL, 4PL, or supply chain sectors, focusing on partner management or business development. C-Suite Negotiation Expertise:

Demonstrated success in negotiating and securing complex, high-impact partnerships with C-level executives. Leadership & Influence:

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and manage internal and external stakeholders at all levels, particularly at the executive level. Strategic Thinker:

Strong business acumen and the ability to align partnership strategies with long-term organizational goals. Analytical & Data-Driven:

Advanced analytical skills with a proven ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and optimize partnership outcomes. Exceptional Communication:

Superior communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to distil complex ideas and strategies to senior stakeholders. Sales-Driven Mindset:
