About the opportunity The EMEA Strategic Partnerships Manager will lead business development efforts in the EMEA region, focusing on building and maintaining strategic partnerships. This role will involve identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving growth in the data centre sector. The EMEA Strategic Partnerships Manager will report to the Group Development Director and is anticipated to step into the role of leading the EMEA business development team, with aspirations to progress into this position.

In this role you will:

Develop and execute business development strategies for the EMEA region. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships. Manage and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Collaborate with the Group Development Director on major deals and strategic initiatives. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy. Mentor and develop junior team members. Interface on a regular basis with the recruitment team to identify suitable candidates for proposals.

About you

Strong background in business development and/or marketing, with experience in the EMEA region. Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to drive growth initiatives. Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent ability to work closely with the regional bid manager and marketing team to produce proposals. Experience in the data centre sector is preferred.
