B2B Strategic Sales Director. Working with the General Manager and Marketing Manager, you will establish the necessary sales processes, working practices, and sales pipelines required to drive the business and ensure success. You will be a strategic thinker, a creative sales person, and a dynamic, business-savvy individual. What’s on offer? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking, well-established and successful organisation in a senior role. A competitive salary of £65k-£80k (DoE) is on offer and, although it is primarily an office-based role, working from home 1 day per week is available. Key responsibilities as the B2B Strategic Sales Director will include: Establishing sales processes, working practices, and sales pipelines Building successful relationships with B2B clients Selling business solutions to senior management and C-suite executives across markets and industries Building sales pipelines and acquiring new business Providing strategic account management to clients Delivering exceptional levels of client care and experience Ensuring all agreed service standards are met and exceeded Attending events to network and promote products Maintaining excellent product knowledge at all times What we’re looking for: Demonstrable success in B2B sales / business development, ideally within a similar environment (data tech, marketing or advertising) Experienced in selling business solutions to senior management and C-suite executives, with a proven sales success record Experienced in complex, conceptual, and solution selling methods and practices Demonstrable expertise in establishing sales processes, working practices, and sales pipelines Competent negotiator with strong closing skills and solid objection handling experience Ambitious, driven, and focused with high energy and enthusiasm Exceptional communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels Proactive and dynamic nature Results driven with a resilient and tenacious personality IT literate including strong MS Office capabilities Ability to work in office up to 4 days/week Interested in this fantastic sales opportunity?
