The role … The purpose of this role is to develop and deliver category strategies and initiatives, delivering best in class strategic sourcing disciplines and key management of costs, delivering value to our Franchisees. Priority of the role is ensuring strategic alignment to the needs of our Franchisees and enhancing their profitability. How will the role be measured … Meeting targets on productivity / cost savings / performance against inflation Contract negotiations Select suppliers fit for purpose Compliance to processes and policies (e.g. contract in place, benefit tracking) Delivering and reviewing strategies against an agreed timetable Delivering projects identified in strategies, reporting progress to the Head of Strategic Sourcing Delivering the SRM programme against agreed timetable Risk management KPIs (contingency, financial risk etc.) Sustainability KPIs Cross departmental collaboration sometimes it takes a village!
