Lead strategic sourcing projects across IT subcategories, including hardware, software, cloud services, and telecommunications, ensuring best value and alignment with public sector priorities. Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with senior leadership and government bodies to drive procurement strategies that support long-term digital transformation and service delivery. Governance & Compliance:
Ensure procurement processes align with public sector regulations, frameworks, and sustainability goals while proactively managing risk. Transformation & Innovation:
Spearhead category management improvements, embedding best practices and leveraging market insights to enhance procurement effectiveness. Team Leadership:
