This role is pivotal in managing high-value sourcing projects across IT subcategories, driving innovation, and leading transformation initiatives. With a focus on strategic planning and managing a small, high-performing team, you'll play a key role in delivering impactful procurement outcomes. Key Responsibilities: IT Category Leadership:

Oversee strategic sourcing initiatives across IT subcategories, such as hardware, software, cloud services, and telecommunications. Develop and execute strategies that deliver cost savings and long-term value. Team Management:

Lead and mentor a small, dynamic team, ensuring collaboration, professional growth, and successful delivery of key objectives. Strategic Procurement:

Implement robust sourcing frameworks aligned with organisational goals, governance, and compliance standards while proactively managing risk. Transformation Projects:

Spearhead procurement transformation initiatives, streamlining processes, embedding best practices, and enhancing category strategies to optimise efficiency and value. Market Insights and Innovation:
