Key Responsibilities: Supplier Management Leadership:
Oversee multi-million-pound supplier relationships and contracts across categories such as Facilities Management, Utilities, Professional Services, Occupational Health, and Travel. Drive supplier performance and foster collaborative, value-driven relationships. Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement strategic supplier management plans that align with business objectives, focusing on cost efficiency, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a high-performing team, applying effective programme management techniques to optimise capacity and capabilities. Share expertise and encourage continuous development within the team. Continuous Improvement:
