As a Strategic Supplier Manager, you'll take ownership of high-value contracts across corporate services categories, ensuring supplier performance and delivering measurable results. Key Responsibilities: Supplier Management Leadership:

Oversee multi-million-pound supplier relationships and contracts across categories such as Facilities Management, Utilities, Professional Services, Occupational Health, and Travel. Drive supplier performance and foster collaborative, value-driven relationships. Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement strategic supplier management plans that align with business objectives, focusing on cost efficiency, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a high-performing team, applying effective programme management techniques to optimise capacity and capabilities. Share expertise and encourage continuous development within the team. Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to enhance supplier performance, improve contract management processes, and deliver cost savings while ensuring service excellence. Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with senior internal and external stakeholders to influence decision-making and drive innovation across the business.
