Overview

This role focuses on the Mondelēz account, a significant and recent acquisition across Europe, onboarded in Q4 2022. The dedicated Mondelēz team harnesses the Power of People, Publicis, and Purple to elevate the marketer’s iconic snacking brands. The goal is to drive Mondelēz's growth in 2024 and beyond by creating magical consumer experiences that not only enhance brand health but also attract new consumers, build direct relationships, invite consumer data, and reduce reliance on paid media. Join our dynamic central agency team leading the Mondelēz European relationship from our Spark London hub. This team collaborates with local Publicis offices across the region while staying connected with Mondelēz teams globally. Your role will involve crafting award-winning media campaigns centered on empathy, genuine human connection, and exceptional consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

Build and nurture strong relationships with key Mondelēz Europe clients across various brands and Insight and Analytics teams, understanding their business deeply. Collaborate with the Strategy Director to develop compelling narratives for clients, utilizing diverse data sources to inform breakthrough strategies. Partner with local market Planning teams to ensure they benefit from central strategic work while adapting recommendations to suit local nuances. Work closely with our Analytics COE to drive outcome-based channel planning and scenario modeling. Develop robust guidelines around sufficiency planning in collaboration with the central Strategic Team and Analytics COE, enhancing local market performance. Ensure the quality of our work reaches new heights, contributing to industry and MDLZ Media and Marketing award submissions.

Qualifications

Strong media planning fundamentals from either a planning or strategy role at local or regional level Proficiency in holistic planning, integrating brand, traditional, performance, digital, etc. Proven track record in developing data-led communication solutions for top-tier clients. Some expertise in consumer research, insight development, and interpreting actionable insights. In-depth knowledge of media channels, technology interactions, and strategic advertising opportunities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **Note:** This role may require travel to EU hubs.
