We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Strategy Associate with 2-5 years of consulting experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel at quickly mastering new topics, independently synthesizing data and information from multiple sources into clear and actionable insights, and framing choices for decision-makers. This position will play a crucial role in supporting the growth-focused strategy refresh of K3 Capital Group, with significant exposure to senior leadership, including the CEO. Key Responsibilities

Analyse & synthesise information: gather and integrate data and information from across the group to present comprehensive insights. Conceptual framing of choices: identify and evaluate strategic options and articulate the pros and cons of each for decision-makers. Build business cases & financial models: develop business cases and financial models to support decisions on proposed investments. Initial project scoping & planning: assist initiative leaders in drafting project charters and scoping initial project plans. Presentation development: compile and present strategic analyses and recommendations for senior leadership and our investors. Preferred Experience & Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or a related role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, PowerBI, Alteryx, Tableau). Demonstrable ability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in one or more of the following areas: Tech-enabled transformations. B2B sales & marketing to SMEs. Private equity, including Commercial Due Diligence and work with Portfolio Companies. Additional Information

Initial contract duration of 2 months, with the potential for extension. Hybrid working, with some travel (~5 days per month total) to London and Bolton expected.
