Not defined A Snapshot of Your Day As a Strategy Delivery Manager, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our company's future. Your day will be filled with gathering insights, facilitating strategic decisions, and driving crucial projects that transform potential into performance. You'll engage with industry experts, both within and outside the company, to identify challenges and opportunities, and develop compelling concepts to propel our Assembly, Test and Overhaul business forward. How You'll Make an Impact Develop compelling concepts for the Head of Operations on where to take the Assembly, Test and Overhaul business. Drive strategic projects such as implementation of continuous improvement programs, decarbonization of our facility, service regionalisation, component repair and digital factories across complex settings towards clear decisions and impact. Prepare a yearly program to engage with the Head of Operations and Head of Product Lifecycle on the future of the Product Line. Quantify progress on crucial transformation initiatives, deriving corrective actions. What You Bring An excellent university degree in engineering, natural sciences, or business administration (Master, MBA, PhD). Longstanding professional experience in strategy projects within a leading consulting firm or a reputable Energy company. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks based on priority, with strong problem-solving skills (strategic, quantitative and organisational/process assignments) taking a holistic end-to-end perspective. Demonstrated superior analytical skills that sparked impactful solutions. Passion about the technological and societal aspects of Energy transformation. Excellent communication skills in English. A team player with a can-do attitude, open to feedback and willing to learn and develop. Skilled user of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
