We're working with an integrated marketing agency in the Bristol earlier who are looking for an commercially minded Strategy Director to join them from January.

You'll lead the strategy team and take share options in a business that you will have a big say in building.
What will you be doing?
Well, they're an integrated agency with clients in b2b and b2c, so it's going to be varied.
One day you could be working on a brand repositioning project for an automotive company, the next helping define the email marketing strategy for a global sports brand.
They are a tightknit team so you'll spend a lot of your time collaborating with creative and client services teams to ensure everyone is aligned with your plans.
As you would expect at this level, you'll be a key member of their pitch team and be expected to help with new business. You will be rewarded with an annual bonus accordingly.
