Please note:

The position can be based in our office in Copenhagen, Billund or London and will operate on a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Relocation support is not offered. Core Responsibilities:

Support the Markets & Channels (M&C) team as a strategy and commercial partner to drive the mobilization and execution of our strategy and business plans.

Lead strategic engagements, with a focus on marketing related strategic projects, from framing strategic problems through performing analysis, driving to insights, and communicating findings to inspire change within the organization.

Support and drive our monthly meetings with senior leaders ensuring development of effective communications and governance to ensure effectiveness of the forum and efficient decision-making.

Collaborate across multiple teams and functions, particularly across M&C and Product & Marketing Development (PMD) to ensure strong cross-functional alignment.

Constructively challenge and provide strategic sparring to M&C leaders on strategic challenges and issues to improve leadership decisions.

Play an active role in partnering with the other Market & Channels Strategy Partners, including in supporting global initiatives, cascading global direction, team capability-building and knowledge/insights-sharing.

Develop and deliver presentations to audiences ranging from business line partners to C-level executives.

Play your part in our team succeeding! The role reports to the Strategy Partner for our Chief Commercial Officer, and is part of a team of 8 colleagues who are Strategy Partners to the Heads of our Market Groups globally and Head of LEGO Retail. We ensure a coherent and clear implementation of the global group priorities and commercial projects in our markets, while also leading the Market Group leadership teams in the definition and delivery of the strategic priorities critical to our regions. Do you have what it takes?

Solid track of experience (inclusive of experience gained in a top-tier strategy consultancy firm and ideally, added experience in similar roles within the FMCG / CPG industry).

Outstanding quantitative and analytical skills that allow you to extract logic, insights, and meaningful conclusions from complex business problems.

You are ambitious, entrepreneurial, and commercially savvy.

You have excellent communication skills, allowing you to structure documents and quantitative analysis as well as PowerPoint presentations for executive level communication.

Marketing strategy experience preferred, but not required.
